چکیده
Background: Semaphorin has been found as a neuronal guidance molecule, but recently called “immune semaphorin”, their critical role in immune cell activation, differentiation and migration revealed. In particular, class 4 semaphorin shown to contribute lymphocyte activation homeostasis. Objectives: This study was aimed investigate the expression of neuropilin-1 (NRP-1), receptor semaphorin, murine mouse model systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with SLE correlation between NRP-1 disease activity SLE. Methods: The measured T cells spleen renal tissue control TLR-7 agonist-induced by flow cytometry, PCR, immunofluorescence (IF). CD4+ from human peripheral blood were isolated healthy (n=40). Results: frequency positivity significantly higher group (median [interquartile range]: 15.34 [14.84] %) compared vehicle (4.0 [2.77]%). quantitative analysis fluorescense intensity kidney stained for revealed increased level group. mononuclear also showed positive than those controls. Comparing SLEDAI, C3, C4, anti-DNA antibodies, significant markers confirmed. Conclusion: Our results demonstrate that its These indicate pathologic contribution pathogenesis potential targeting treatment References: [1]Nishide M, Kumanogoh A. semaphorins responses autoimmune rheumatic diseases. Correlation of clonal T cell expansion with disease activity in systemic lupus erythematosus.
It has been proposed that T cell activation may play an important role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In order to examine this hypothesis, we assessed the whole degree of clonal accumulation of T cells using RT-PCR and subsequent single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) analysis. The analysis of the beta chain of the TCR revealed little clonotypic T cell expans...
متن کاملRatio of Th17/Treg and Disease Activity in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Background: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease that is characterized by T-cells imbalance. There are ongoing controversies about the role of specific T-helper cell subsets and their cytokines. The study aimed to confirm the disturbance of Th17/Treg ratio in SLE patients. Methods: Subjects were SLE patients who met the American College of Rheumatology 1997 criteria. Dis...
متن کاملB-cell-attracting chemokine-1 (BCA-1/CXCL13) in systemic lupus erythematosus, its correlation to disease activity and renal involvement.
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a prototype of systemic autoimmune disease in which cytokines such as B lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC or CXCL13) may play important roles in pathogenesis. The aim of our study was to investigate the implications of CXCL13 in SLE diagnosis and its correlation with disease activity and renal involvement. The study included 50 adult female patients with SLE ...

Background: Brucellosis is a zoonotic infection which is endemic in many countries. It is a multisystem disease which may present with a broad spectrum of clinical manifestations and complications. Neurobrucellosis is an uncommon complication of brucellosis. Case presentation: A 25-year-old woman with a history of lupus for 5 months referred to the emergency ward of Shahid Beheshti Hosp...
